On Saturday 11th January 2020, Hindu Council Of Kenya, Kisumu branch hosted it annual cultural night. This time it only got bigger and better.
The occasion was graced by numerous dignitaries like Indian High Commission Mr. Rahul Chhabra, governor of Kisumu Prof. Anyango Nyongo and HCK national chairman Mr. Kamal Gupta. Dr. Hasu Dawda was the guest of honour for the occasion.

This event drew enthusiastic participation from various communities from Kisumu who put up a nail biting show. Thumping music and bright light arrangements uplifted the whole event and added to its grandeur. There were various themes of performance like patriotic, African, historical, fairy tales etc. The event received stupendous audience numbers crossing 1000. The attendees were not jus in for visual treat but also gustatory treat as sumptuous dinner was served thereafter.
Convenor Mrs. Shobhna Shah and her team under the able leadership of chairman Mr. Niyam Shah once again enthralled and entertained Kisumu audiences. Their hard work along with the participants’ paid off as cultural night was a night to remember !
